The patent pending Property Gauge Score provides color coded reports that indicate which multifamily properties should be looked at for market positioning and management performance risk.  In managing multifamily portfolios, the Property Gauge Score sets a benchmark for portfolio risk management, indicating which properties are at greatest risk, and which to attend to first.

The Property Gauge Score identifies properties with color coded reports ranking a property’s performance risk potential.  The table below illustrates the three color coded levels of Property Gauge scores and the actions to be taken with each:
